Delivery Time — We aim to deliver UK orders within 1–5 business days.

Shipping Carriers — We primarily use DPD, Amazon Shipping, Royal Mail, EVRI, or UPS for deliveries.

North America: 7–15 business days.

Order Tracking — Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order by logging into your Simpled account.
Multiple Item Orders — We strive to deliver all items together. However, depending on stock availability and shipping options, some products may be shipped separately.

Return & Refund Policy:
You have 60 days from the date of receipt to request a full refund — no questions asked.
To initiate a return, contact customer support for a free return label (UK orders only).
Refund Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.
Adding or Removing Items — You can remove an item from an order by contacting customer support within 30 minutes of placing your order. If the order has already been processed, you can still return the item within 60 days for a full refund.
Cancelling an Order or Changing the Delivery Address — You may cancel your order or change the delivery address within 30 minutes of placing your order by contacting customer support. After 30 minutes, cancellations are no longer possible as the order will have already been processed. If you still wish to cancel, you can return the item after delivery for a full refund.
2-Year Warranty — All Simpled products come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. If you experience any issues, contact our support team for troubleshooting or a replacement.
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which vary by country. These fees are determined by local authorities and are the buyer’s responsibility.
